Information we collect

We collect the contact, organization, location, material, quantity and enquiry information you choose to submit, along with any optional supporting documents or photos.

How we use it

We use this information to assess your request, respond, arrange appropriate follow-up and maintain our collection, supplier and partnership records. An enquiry does not itself confirm a pickup or create a commercial commitment.

Access and sharing

Enquiries and attachments are stored in restricted systems. Relevant information may be shared with operating partners or professional advisers when needed to assess or fulfil an agreed arrangement. We do not sell submitted personal information.

Analytics and cookies

With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand website visits and form completion. Form contents, names, email addresses and uploaded documents are not sent to Google Analytics. You can accept or decline optional analytics and reopen Cookie settings at any time.

What to submit

Limit first-stage attachments to appropriate photos, specifications or capability information. Do not submit bank credentials, identity documents, confidential contracts or sensitive personal records.

Retention and requests

We retain information while reasonably needed for the enquiry, an agreed arrangement or applicable recordkeeping requirements. For access, correction or deletion requests, email admin@sidehustleafrica.org.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
