Information we collect

We collect the contact, company, product, volume, commercial requirement and supporting-document information you choose to submit through our qualification form.

How we use it

We use submitted information to assess commercial fit, verify counterparties and claims, respond to enquiries, maintain our prospect and due-diligence records, and evaluate possible supply, recovery or service relationships. A submission does not create an order, offer, allocation, agency, partnership or other commitment.

Website analytics and cookies

With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand website traffic, navigation and whether a qualification form was completed. We do not send form contents, names, email addresses or uploaded documents to Google Analytics. You can accept or decline analytics cookies and reopen Cookie settings at any time.

Access and sharing

Website submissions and documents are kept in restricted systems. We may share relevant information with professional advisers or prospective transaction participants only when reasonably necessary for qualification, verification or a potential transaction. We do not sell submitted personal information.

What not to submit

Do not upload bank credentials, identity documents, confidential contracts, sensitive personal information or restricted material through the initial form. We will request sensitive evidence through a more appropriate channel if it becomes necessary.

Retention and requests

We retain information only while it is reasonably needed for the purposes above, legal obligations, fraud prevention or dispute records. To request access, correction or deletion, contact trade@sidehustleafrica.org. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or legitimate compliance needs.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Please limit initial submissions to information appropriate for first-stage commercial review.
